Our beef is premium, pasture raised Angus and Scottish Highland Beef. Our beef is antibiotic and hormone free. We raise our cattle on lush Ozark Highlands pastures with light grain finishing Angus is a premium beef - the standard for great classic beef. Scottish Highland beef has much finer muscle fibers which makes it extremely tender and flavorful, even though it is lower in fat content than Angus.
