This is fantastic, A2 milk, which is easier to digest than most other milks and is, in fact, the easiest milk for the human body to digest.


Sheep's milk has the many nutritional benefits including:

  • Protein-Sheep milk has double the protein of cow milk, and it's easily digestible. It also contains all nine essential amino acids, which are important for muscle growth, tissue repair, and bodily function.
  • Fats-Sheep milk has more medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs) than cow milk, which are easier for the body to absorb. MCFAs may improve digestion, increase energy levels, and boost the immune system. Sheep milk also contains fat-soluble vitamins A, D, and E, as well as mono and poly-unsaturated fats.
  • Minerals and vitamins-Sheep milk has more vitamins and minerals than cow milk, including calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, and B12.
  • Bioactive substances-Sheep milk contains biopeptides, CLA, and orotic acid, which may have antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and anticancer properties. It also contains nucleosides and nucleotides, which may lower the risk of cancer and improve cell growth.
  • Digestibility-Some people find sheep milk easier to digest than cow milk, and it contains an alternative form of casein that may be better tolerated by people with lactose sensitivity or digestive issues
